Services:
Referrals
For situations where we don't feel like we can maintain the full standard of care we want to, we're connected with a variety of specialists who can maintain that standard and make the referral process as simple as possible. We will send over the referral and information, as well as any requested imaging, and the patient will reach out to the office in question to schedule.
Silver Fillings (Amalgams)
Depending on where your cavity is located, it may be preferable to do an older-style silver filling. In some situations, these may provide a longer lasting solution. These take longer to set, around twenty-four to forty-eight hours, so after your appointment, make sure to avoid sticky, chewy foods.Â
Tooth Colored Fillings (Composites)
When a tooth has a cavity, the decay needs to be removed. There's then a divot left behind, which should be filled to protect the remaining surface of the tooth. For composites, we match the filling material to the natural color of your mouth, so there isn't a visible difference and it blends right in.

Implants
One way to fill a gap or space left behind is to add a implant. We work with a number of great periodontists and oral surgeons who would place the implant, and when it's ready, we would place a crown over the top. We are not responsible for determining that the implant is ready for the crown.Â
Not everyone is a good candidate for an implant. Depending on health, hygiene, and lifestyle habits, an implant may not work for everyone.Â
Crowns & Bridges
In the case that a filling is unable to fix the tooth, a crown would be the next option. During the prep appt, the tooth is reduced on all sides, and a temporary cap is put on. After a few weeks, the lab-made crown is ready to replace the temporary cover. A bridge refers to a crown like tooth, suspended and secured by a crown on either side.
Root Canals (Endo)
In the case that the cavity reaches the nerve, the nerve can become infected. One option to fix this is a root canal, where the infected nerve tissue is removed, and the canals disinfected and then filled. Many times the tooth will then need a crown to support and protect it for many years of service. This service may be referred, depending on the case. Our goal is for the most successful case possible.

Whitening
If you're interested in whiting, we can take a quick set of impressions and make your trays in-house, with a short turnaround time. We will also make the same custom-fit trays for fluoride treatments. Please ask at your next appointment should either of these appeal to you!
